Khnum

Khnum had the head of a ram and the body of a human. He was the god of creation. He made people out of clay on his potter’s wheel. The word Khnum means "to create". Khnum’s main temple is on the island of Elephantine in the middle of the Nile. The story of Khnum is on the wall of his temple. It is about him working for Amun and he is carrying things for the king of the gods. Khnum is also the god of cool water and floods.
