Jupiter

Jupiter is the biggest planet in our Solar System. Jupiter is a big ball of hot, runny rock and many different gases. It weighs 2,500 times more than the other planets put together. Jupiter has got a red spot on its surface. It is called the ''great red spot". It is in fact a raging storm which has been going on far more than 1,000,000 years. Jupiter is 483,000,000 miles from the Sun. On its surface the temperature is -110° C. Jupiter is the first planet beyond the asteroid belt.
