On Monday 26th April Mrs Cowley's Year 4 class did its bit for National Spring Clean Month run by the Keep Britain Tidy Group. The campaign aims to:
To encourage clean-ups during the month
To promote sustained, practical involvement in the environment
Mrs Machin (one of our marvellous dinner-ladies) suggested clearing the school site and the area around it. As Year 4's topic this term was all about man's effect on the environment they happily put on their waterproofs and went to work.
