Lake Titicaca

Hi there! Here I am at Lake Titicaca. It is the largest lake in South America and the highest in the world. Located in Peru and Bolivia it is 177km long, 56km wide and 280m deep. There are 41 islands in the lake. Isla de Titicaca is the largest. The Uru people still live on artifical islands made of matted reeds, and use boats made of lashed together bundles of reeds.
