Which SAW do I need?
SAW comes in two versions. The popular Runtime version is ideal for users who require a no-fuss ready-to-run and efficient switch accessing system. The Designer version offers greater flexibility as new selection sets can be constructed, and existing ones tailored to suit the individual by altering the appearance, arrangement and function of each item. The Designer version incorporates a powerful scripting language that you use for creating and editing selection sets.

Input
Switch input via a number of proprietory interface boxes, and also by trackerball/mouse and headpointer

Switches and Scan Settings
Along with a choice of four different selection and scanning methods, you can fine tune all the scanning time and delay settings. The scanning methods available are as follows:

One switch Autoscan
Two switch Autoscan
One switch Userscan
Two switch Userscan with or without swap switch option
Two switch Single-step scan with or without swap switch option

Speech Output
SAW has full speech output options for an external speech synthesiser (not supplied).
