Car 25 was a car with which I was already aquainted as it was a later model of car 22 the BMW318iS Coupe, a real gem of a car nice sharp handling and such niceties as climate control and as it was 4 years later than the first one i'd owned BMW had fixed all the little niggles too.

I carried out a few small mods in the ICE department as the standard equipment was very ordinary so I fitted a Kenwood mp3 head unit and some 6x9 speakers in the rear shelf with the help of some speaker fitting adapters. And thus everything sounded great and you could fit several albums onto one disc !

Having sworn never to own a black car again when I owned the Vauxhall Tigra, I made the silly mistake of the 318 being this colour, beautiful when clean... grubby 10 minutes later. This was my only gripe though as the car did exactly what it was designed to do and transported me up and down to Newbury every day consuming about three tankfuls of fuel every month which was fine until prices of that very substance started to climb to the point where i was putting £150's worth of it in every month so sadly another change was called for....
