The building is set in very attractive surroundings with mature hedgerows and trees. The Reception classes open onto an enclosed play area, with a safe surface, an adjacent patio and orchard. The Year 1 and 2 classes open onto a covered patio and a grassy bank. There is a large asphalt playground with a brick built playhouse and a quiet reading area and a sensory garden plus an adjoining playing field with an Activity Trail.
