A successful school requires a team of dedicated,
highly professional well-trained staff and Arduthie School
is fortunate to have such a workforce.
The school is led by a Senior Management
Team comprising of the Head Teacher and 2 Depute Heads.
There are 30 members of the teaching staff
fulfilling a variety of roles - class teachers; visiting specialist
teachers; Support for Learners (SFL) teachers.
Alongside the teaching staff, and fully involved
in the work with children, is a team of 13 Support staff made
up of 2 Nursery Nurses, 5 Classroom Assistants and 6 SFL Auxiliaries.
The number of Support Staff can vary from time to time in
response to the ever-changing needs of individual and groups/classes
of children.
The smooth running of the school
further depends on a number of Administrative Staff and Ancillary
Workers:
School Administrator; Clerical
Assistant; School Janitor; Cleaning Staff and Catering Staff.
Each and every one plays an
important part in the life and work of Arduthie School and
is highly valued for their contribution.
Through good teamwork and the
maintenance of high standards in our work along with a commitment
to undertake continuing professional development we seek to
ensure that we provide the highest quality of education for
the pupils of Arduthie School.
