A successful school requires a team of dedicated, highly professional well-trained staff and Arduthie School is fortunate to have such a workforce.

The school is led by a Senior Management Team comprising of the Head Teacher and 2 Depute Heads.

There are 30 members of the teaching staff fulfilling a variety of roles - class teachers; visiting specialist teachers; Support for Learners (SFL) teachers.

Alongside the teaching staff, and fully involved in the work with children, is a team of 13 Support staff made up of 2 Nursery Nurses, 5 Classroom Assistants and 6 SFL Auxiliaries. The number of Support Staff can vary from time to time in response to the ever-changing needs of individual and groups/classes of children.

The smooth running of the school further depends on a number of Administrative Staff and Ancillary Workers:

School Administrator; Clerical Assistant; School Janitor; Cleaning Staff and Catering Staff.

Each and every one plays an important part in the life and work of Arduthie School and is highly valued for their contribution.

Through good teamwork and the maintenance of high standards in our work along with a commitment to undertake continuing professional development we seek to ensure that we provide the highest quality of education for the pupils of Arduthie School.
