1912/3 The new style was actually… the era of grandiose structures. The six storey Free Press Building … has a flat roof. Ornamental stone and terracotta are found on the exterior elevations of the building… this building is one of Winnipeg’s most recognisable features. (Heritage Winnipeg Web)

Panel executed by M. Latchford for Father Hudson’s Homes, Coleshill Warwickshire. Panel depicts St. Philomena, one of the Roman Martyrs. The panel is situated on an accommodation block which is soon (08/02) to be demolished. It has been painted on bright colours.
