Below are a series of thumbnail pictures which you can click on if you really want to see the full sized version.

both.jpg (195946 bytes) Sometimes both cats could be seen together. They did like each other, but were not over-affectionate.
catdoor.jpg (143507 bytes) They both used their cat door well.
pippinactive2.jpg (114665 bytes) Pippin had this picture published in Computer Active. We like to imagine that he was reading up on URLs for cats.
merrydoor.jpg (118794 bytes) Photographs which show Merry's lovely colouring were hard to take. Here she sits on the doorstep looking out at the garden.
pipocto.jpg (186813 bytes) Pippin thought that this hexagonal paving slab was put there just for him. Cats seem to see most new surfaces as an interesting place to sit.
merrychair2.jpg (137240 bytes) Merry could often be found sitting on this computer chair. She loved a bit of luxury.
pipbox.jpg (115580 bytes) Pippin was very playful. As ever, the box was always more interesting than the present!
merrynet.jpg (124337 bytes) Even after double glazing was fitted Merry liked to look out of all the windows. The net curtains could not even stop her wanting to look out.
pipelec.jpg (146870 bytes) Pippin liked to warm half at a time when he gets too hot. We once placed a computer/linked temperature sensor between him and his electric blanket. The reading went up and up and never stabilised!
merelec.jpg (153328 bytes) Merry preferred to be curled round the blanket rather than hang off it.
pipdog.jpg (144422 bytes) At times Pippin behaved like a devoted dog. He liked to be near us whenever he could.
