| Balksbury Junior is a friendly school on the south western outskirts of Andover. We have pleasant grounds, with a large field surrounded by trees and playground. We have the added bonus of our own shallow water swimming pool, which is used as frequently as possible during the warmer weather. | Back path of school |  |

| The head teacher is Rosemary Clarke and
the deputy head is Janice Preston.
We have a very active board of Governors, chaired by David Allen, who is extremely supportive towards the school. |
