Entry requirements — A Level and GNVQ

The requirements for entry to 'A' level and GNVQ Advanced level courses are a minimum of 5 Grade C passes or above at GCSE. These must include the subjects which students wish to study at 'A' level.

The requirements for entry to a GNVQ Intermediate Level course are a minimum of 5 Grade D passes or above at GCSE. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to waive these requirements for an individual student by negotiation.

UNIFORM

All students in the Barry Sixth Form are expected to dress neatly and appropriately for working in a school environment. This also applies to the wearing of jewellery.
