Literacy Hour (as part of the National Grid for Learning) is hosted by NCET (National Council of Education Technology) in Coventry. There is a WWW page and also a forum for Literacy Hour which we participate in.

EDUWEB is hosted by RM-IFL(RM-Internet for Learning) and has the Longwill WWW page on it's server.
It has a local Birmingham Education Forum and also has a Birmingham Education Virtual Teacher's Centre and a list of the other Birmingham Schools and contact points
