Beecy here. Thanks very much for this
past week. You were very good at getting ready and were very good at
listening and working in the classroom.
Everyone was very helpful and that makes such a difference when there are
so many of you. You have also produced some really good work this week and
have definitely set the standard for the newspaper. It will be hard to
beat! So well done Bervie and don't leave it too long before you visit
again.

Lot's of written work this week... not so many photographs. I must have a word with my photographer. Please feel free to have a look at the poems that the Bervie children have produced this week.
However first of all here's a picture of some intrepid explorers on the slopes of Craigendarroch.
Now to the poetry section with the first poem by Gavin Mair about his trip to Ballater.
If there is one place I would like to be,
With lots of sights for all to see,
Ballater is the place that flatters me.
Ballater is really cool,
If you don't come here you're a fool.
The centre puts Ballater on the map,
Looking at the trees like oak with sap,
Walking up hills, collecting lichen,
Robbie works wonders in the kitchen.
Part of the staff are Mr Taylor and Mrs Liddell,
I hop so far you're enjoying my riddle.
Our time here is nearly past,
It seemed to go really fast.

For looking after us,
Hope you do the same on the bus.
If you don't come here then don't hesitate,
COme to Ballater and celebrate.
