Supporting Students

Bonnybridge nursery class regularly has students in training from the following establishments:

Falkirk College of Further and High Education - Childcare in Education Workers
University of Strathclyde Jordanhill Campus - Student teachers
Edinburgh University Moray House Campus - Student teachers
University of Stirling - Student Nurses

Guidelines accompany student placements and are carefully adhered to. Students are supported with assignments and given regular opportunities for discussion of best practice. Liaison with visiting tutors is welcomed. Students are encouraged to play a full and active part in the life of the nursery.
