At Bordesley Green Girls' School we aim to provide quality
education for girls.
Our aim is to encourage pupils to achieve their full potential so that they can be
independent learners who enjoy the learning process and who become sufficiently confident
to make considered choices and sufficiently skilled to negotiate successful outcomes.
We plan to achieve our aim by fostering a partnership between home, school, governors and
industry which will encourage and facilitate, through a work related curriculum, the
acquisition of skills relevant to a rapidly changing society. We intend to ensure
that our pupils leave school as well prepared as possible for the adult world so that they
can make a responsible contribution to the community within which they are placed.

opportunity and thereby continues to improve examination success.
We are continuing to enhance our school site to provide a pleasant and stimulating
environment reflecting our belief in the importance of the best provision for the whole
