Although it is much more ambitious than most of the programs here in terms of range and execution, Internet Explorer has to be number one. Explorer is a complete and up-to-date Web Browser which sports everything you could possibly want - and it's not just shareware, it's totally free! Even if you already use another browser, getting a copy of Explorer is a good move. The only problem is that it's a big download - so wait for the weekend for cheaper phone charges before grabbing it.
