Saturday August 14th...
Cropredy Festival 1999!
I did not keep a song list this year I was trying to get some better photographs.
Having missed Barrage last night I was determined to catch them today. This is a good fun band, rather too choreographed for more than an hour but very enjoyable. I think one man is on this photo twice.. clever that! Unfortunately for me they were dancing round the stage so much that to take three shots together to make this wide image gave them time to move.
The afternoon progressed with annA rydeR.
Paul Mitchell's Band took over with Maart joining them:
and they were followed by a massive downpour...torrential rain, sorry, Ralph McTell.
The weather cheered up again for the Robbie McIntosh band.
During the evening there were many Fairport friends on stage.
We were pleased to meet Georgia at her first ever Cropredy. She joined them on stage for- Meet on the Ledge.
