The Cole Heath Area |
| Where is Cole Heath? Cole Heath is situated to the east of Birmingham City centre. There are 17 schools which educate over 8500 children between the age of three and sixteen. Why Cole Heath? In June 1995 the schools held an Exhibition of Environmental Work at Hay Hall, an 'undiscovered' fifteenth century building. It was at this time the area was named Cole Heath, chosen from a number of options submitted by the children. The River Cole runs through the area. |
