Technology is divided into two parts: Designing and Making.
Technology will combine the skills and knowledge of practical subjects such as art, design, science, mathematics, information & communication technology, and business studies.
You will learn to solve design problems and you will be able to develop different skills based on new technologies.
You will have the opportunity to design for the home, school, recreation and the community in addition to business and industry.
As well as making things, you will be researching the needs of people and products Sometimes you will work in groups; at other times you will be expected to solve problems on your own.
We have a brand new 21st Century Design & Technology area in which you can do all these exciting things.
