Alvaro Gonzalez (TOGA) TOGA has been surf kayaking for the last three years during which time he has taken part in variety of competitions. These events have included the International Costa Rica Open; Santa Cruz Kayak Surf Festival, California; the Jersey Open, U.K. Additonally TOGA was the Organiser of Costa Rica 95 World Surf Kayak Championships. Neil Kahn Neil has been kayak surfing for about 3 years after a long whitewater history. His competitive experience has been limited to Costa Rica except for the 1996 Santa Cruz Kayak Surf Festival where he was placed 3rd in the open cockpit division in a boat which he co-designed and manufactured. Although Neil was the appointed team captain of Team Costa Rica for the 1995 Worlds but he was unable to perform my duties due to illness.
