If you had a magic box what would you put in it?

Here are some of our ideas.

The Magic Box

I will put in my box,

a pink rose with a wonderful smell,

and a rabbit with a fluffy tail.

I will put in my box,

a sparkle of golden earrings,

and a Chinese dragon.

I will put in my box,

the smell of a melting ice-lolly,

and a cuddle from my baby brother.

I will put in my box,

the sound of a beautiful instrument,

and a kiss from my cousins.

I will put in my box,

a velvety dress with sparkling stars,

my brother's Gameboy,

and the sparkle of a firework.

The Magic Box

I will put in my box,

the smell of a smelly sock,

a horseshoe, a beautiful flower,

and the shout of my Mam when I have to do something again.

I will put in my box,

the sound of the bell,

my teacher's box when she is mad,

my happy face each Friday morning,

the hatred I feel when my teacher says "plant writing".

I will put in my box,

a handful of money,

the loveliness when Miss says "Art".

I will put in my box,

a hamster that bites you,

a cross of God,

and a wig that looks like somebody has had a panic attack.

I will put in my box,

a gold pig that is 50 years old,

pens and pencils to draw with,

a sliding snake, a dragon that breathes fire,

and a bed with a nice soft quilt which has feathers.

I will put in my box,

a book about horses, a swimming pool,

a Rottweiller that bites a farmer

who cannot look after his animals

and a times-table book.

I will put in my box,

a boxing set,

a snowman,

and a Nintendo 64.

I will put in my box,

a million bags of gold,

a hammer, and a computer,

a dictionary and a Roman fort.

I will put in my box,

my school,

a cowboy,

and a witch.

I will put in my box,

Flubber,

a globe, a skull,

a car and a comic.
