What is water?
What is water? Water is rain
Drip, drop, drip, drop, splashing down the drain.
What is water? Water is ice,
Put it in your drink to make it taste nice.
What is water? Water is a river.
If you fall into it it will make you shiver.
What is water? Water in a pool.
When the sun shines on you it will make you cool.
By Paige, Ross, Joseph and Daniel.
What is water?
What is water? Water is running and shiny and clear.
What is ice? Ice is frozen water that we slip and skate on.
What is a river? A river flows gently carrying the fish to sea.
What is the sea? The sea is huge and salty and sparkles in the sun.
Sometimes it is rough and angry.
What is rain? Rain is little drops falling from the sky that splash down
Onto the petals and leaves to give plants a drink.
By Alexander
What is water?
What is water?
Water is clear and salty, dripping down your cheek when you cry.
What are icicles?
Icicles are frozen shapes, sharp and pointy hanging from the rooftops.
What is a swamp?
A swamp is a muddy place where scaley, goggley eyed crocodiles live.
What is a lake?
A lake is shiny and clear and when the sun shines on the lake it becomes a mirror for trees to see their reflection.
What is rain?
Rain is little droplets that fall from the clouds, and if you're out you will get wet!
What are clouds?
Clouds are white, big and fluffy full of little droplets waiting to fall.
What is snow?
Snow is fluffy flakes that fall from the sky to make a soft white blanket on the ground and trees.
What is a wave?
A wave is water blown by the strong wind and it crashes on the solid rocks.
What is the sea?
The sea is calm and salty too but not nice to drink!
