BeginnersCOURSE DESCRIPTION
These half day sessions will provide a basic introduction to wordprocessing with Microsoft Word. The main areas of Word covered will be the layout of the Word window, the creation, editing,printing and saving of documents and control of the appearance and layout of documents.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
School staff who need to start using a wordprocessor or who may have used a different package and need to know the basics of Word.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN
Following successful completion of this course attendees should be able to create, save, print and edit documents in Microsoft Word.
PREREQUISITES
There are no essential prerequisites for this course although access to a PC with Microsoft Word at school for practice would be valuable.
