SIMS Rep-Gen Lite
COURSE DESCRIPTION
SIMS Rep-Gen Lite sessions, similar to those delivered during the last term are to be run here at the Edit Centre.The half-day session will cover the complete report production process and will focus on the differences between reports and queries
(Clue: a report defines what information you see in the report and a query defines for which children you see that information).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Members of school staff wishing to produce customised lists of information held in the SIMS system.
You may wish to bring a report requirement with you for production on the session.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN
Following successful completion of this session, you will be able to quickly and easily produce reports containing information drawn from any area of the SIMS system. You will be able to produce these reports on paper and to export the information they contain for use within another application.
PREREQUISITES
A clear head and a knowledge of the range of information stored within your SIMS system.

Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be provided for all courses. For full day courses sandwiches are available from the school canteen.
