In 1989 the Under-15s football team, which consists of pupils from Fraserburgh Academy, won the North of Scotland Under 15s football trophy.
The team won after a hard fought match at Christie Park, Huntly.
Each player received a winners medal and the Academy held the 'Cock o'the North'
trophy for a year.
The trophy was displayed in the centre of the trophy cabinet in the crush hall
of the Academy.
The following pages show pictures of the winning team players holding the trophy they won and pictures of the medals each player received.
