The present roll of Fraserburgh Academy is 1200 pupils.
The Academy is based on two sites.
The main part of the school is the New
Academy which was opened by Princess Margaret on 20th September
1962.
The other site is the Old Academy which
was opened in June 1909. This site houses the Art and Drama departments.
All other subjects and departments are in the New Academy.
