In Fraserburgh Academy the teachers are the key personnel in meeting pupils' educational needs. Class and subject teachers hold the main responsibility for educating all their pupils. However, they should expect and receive support and advice from the S.M.T. , guidance staff and other promoted staff, from specialist teachers and from members of the support services.

Those involved:
All Fraserburgh Academy staff are involved in Support for Learners: teachers, technicians, auxiliaries, office staff and janitors. The pupils, their parents and external agencies are also closely involved.

However, subject/class teachers are the key personnel and have the main responsibility for meeting their pupils' educational needs.
