Buns for Africa

The pupils in Y 7 -9 have been raising money for poor children in Africa by baking and selling buns each week during the summer. This enterprise started three years ago with the multicutural African topic and has grown into a solid little business making about £15 each week. The proceeds will be sent to a charity known as The White Sisters for their self -help projects on the African continent. Parents and friends of the school have helped with the provision of buns to sell and this has been greatly appreciated.
