GCUS (TC) is building strong links with their counter parts in europe,
                with electronic communications and exchange visits.

                The Suffolk / West Flanders Accord has forged substantial links between
                the two regions, not just in education, but access to a range of
                local government activities.

                It is anticipated that this year (2000) communications will include
                video conferencing.
