Wildcat Rugby Team

The Gillingham College Rugby team had a quick start to competitive playing, then coached by Scott Lothian who set up to play in a beginners tournament against other teams in the local area in two weeks. The Gillingham College side finished 3rd out of 5.

Now the team is coached by Mr Stoakes, the P.E teacher at The Gillingham College.

The team has since changed quite a bit but has kept or even improved their power, speed and ability. Now led by Ben Davidson top scorer at training, who is closely followed by Damien Gregory, Ashley Flemming and our pride of all our forwards David Breaker who ways an amazing 20 Stone!!!, Unstoppable at full speed.(Do Not Mess With Him).

COMING UP FOR THE WILDCATS

The team went to see the Wasps 'v' Bath on Sunday 7th Feburary

Going to see England under 18's 'V' France under 18's at Twickenham!!!, on March 27th. Which will be an experience

Rugby Tourament on the 4th Feburary 1999. We came 2nd. Steven Mercer player op the Tourament with his excellent tackling and brilliant 60m Try.
