Chocolate Truffles

I like making them and licking the bowl afterwards and eating them.
Ingredients
6 oz icing sugar
4oz cream cheese
1 1/2 oz cocoa powder
2 oz melted plain chocolate
1/2 tsp flavouring (peppermint, orange, vanilla)
Method
1. Mix together cheese, icing sugar, cocoa in a mixing bowl, using electric
whisk or hands, add flavouring.
2. Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water - set asisde to cool slightly.
4. Mix melted chocolate into cheese mixture, keep mixing to make a smooth
dark paste, leave in fridge for 10 mins until it is easy to shape but just
starting to go hard.
5. Take little pieces of the chocolate mixture and roll into a ball, then roll
into any of the following - cocoa powder, coconut, nuts hundreds and thousands.
Refrigerate until hard
Put in paper cases.
N.B. will keep for about a week in fridge.
