Filling and tasty

Ingredients

1 lb mince
3oz breadcrumbs
1 onion chopped
2oz finely chopped mushrooms
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 beef stock cube
1 egg lightly beaten
A dash ofWorcester sauce
Salt and pepper

Method

Mix together in a large bowl meat, breadcrumbs, onion, mushrooms, parsley,
ketchup and crumbled stock cube. Mix thoroughly and bind together, with an
egg. Add Worcester sauce and seasoning. Turn the mixture into a glass or
ceramic loaf dish and press down firmly. Heat for 7 minutes (650watt
microwave oven) Leave to stand for five minutes before turning out may be
eaten hot or cold.
