Spagghetti Bolognese


It's my favourite because I love mushrooms and spaggetti.

Ingredients

500g minced beef,
12 button mushrooms,
1 large onion,
pinch of mixed herbs,
pinch of salt,
half a teaspoon of sunflower oil,
knob of butter,
150g of spagghetti.
Dolmio Sauce.

Bolognese Method

Heat the sunflower oil in the wok ( high heat).
Add a pinch of salt and minced beef.
Cook to brown and add a pinch of mixed herbs.
Chop and add onion, cook to near transparent.
Chop and add mushrooms. Stir in and add Dolmio Sauce, mix together and bring
to the boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes

Spaggetti Method

Boil pan of water add knob of butter.
When butter is melted add spagghetti and bring back to boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes
Drain off water and place on a plate.

Add Bolognese Sauce on top.
