Severn-Trent Water Authority
The STWA have sponsored four water meters in school and our thanks go to Tony Higgins and Roger ? for all their work in getting them installed in the school. Jim Webb, also of Severn-Trent, came up with the original idea when the Headteacher had stated that the meter in the road was inaccessible for the children and that as a result they could not monitor the water being used by the school.
On Friday November 12th they all came to school for a press launch along with four members of the ECO club who now read all the water meters in school.
