: THE PRINCE'S TRUST VOLUNTEERS run a 12-week PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME for young people.
: Participants work in a team to deliver projects which provide real benefits in the community.
: They develop skills which will stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives.
: A one-week residential experience gives participants the chance to build a really effective team.
: Teams choose and organise their own projects, under the guidance of a team leader.
: Two-thirds of unemployed people who do our programme get a job or enter full-time education within 3 months of finishing.
: Employed people can participate provided their employers will give their support.
