ANALYSIS OF KEY STAGE 3 RESULTS 1999

 

 

Reports on English, Mathematics and Science state two National Curriculum levels

·        The Teacher Assessed Level (TAL) reflects classwork, homework and performance in tests throughout the year.

·        The Statutory Assessed Level (SAL) reflects performance in the external examinations which took place in May.

In 1999 an additional “short course” qualification in I.T. was offered, the Total Points figure was 55.7 excluding this course.

 

For the purposes of this table pupils included are those who were on roll on the third Thursday in January, having reached the age of 15 in the 12 months ending on 31 August in the previous year.
