KEY STAGE 5 allows students to make choices in ICT that suit their individual talents and interests.
We Offer 6 different types of course.

Intermediate GNVQ offers a one year course with broad coverage of ICT skills, knowledge and understanding worth 4 GCSE grades from A* to C.
A/S ( 3 unit VCE Edexcel) for an introduction to Business Information systems in one year.
A (6 unit VCE Edexcel)  in year 12                in year 13
to give a spread of knowledge and skills across business systems , hardware and the Internet in one or 2 years. This course offers a chance to choose a specialisation such as graphics, web design, multimedia or programming.
Double A (12 unit VCE Edexcel)  in year 12     in year 13
offers a chance to expand and develop an ICT specialism against a framework of broad  knowledge and understanding in ICT topics. There are extensive opportunities to choose specialist topics.

All students in the sixth form will follow an ICT course designed to enhance their use of ICT in any area of study or employment. They may take extra examinations to gain Key skills points for University or work.
