Jewellery is unnecessary and earrings, bracelets or necklaces should not be worn to school and are forbidden in P.E. for safety reasons. Staff do not have the time to assist children with such things and the loss or damage can cause distress. If ears are to be pierced, please arrange this for a school holiday so that the wounds are healed and children do not need to wear sleepers/studs.
Parents of children who wear jewellery will need to complete a school form accepting responsibility for any accidents to the children in connection with the wearing of jewellery or any damage to the jewellery itself.
The School accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any jewellery or accidents caused by the wearing of jewellery.
