What We Do
We are facilitators and actively look to develop ways of helping people access new technology and use it positively as a means of creative expression. To achieve this . . .
1 We work in partnership with schools, community groups, libraries and other organisations working in the education and cultural sectors.
2 We undertake creative education projects, using new technology as the primary medium of expression. We help young people access and interact with material published on the Internet . We also encourage young people to explore ways of expressing their own ideas creatively in designing their own web pages and web sitest hus helping a new generation of writers, artists and musicians work with multimedia text, image and sound.
3 We set up exchange projects using the Internet to establish links between groups of people world-wide and facilitate cultural and inter-genrational exchange through a variety of linked learning activities.
4 We offer training for teachers, student teachers, and other education providers, showing how new technologies can be used creatively to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the curriculum
