  Status:  Resident.

Distribution and Abundance:  Fairly common.

Primary Habitat:  Grassland.

Flight Period:  Single brooded in August and September.

Observations:  The moth is most common on rough grassland and was particularly numerous at m.v. light on 28 August 1987 on the grassy area between Harringworth Wood and Harringworth Lake.

L.O.N.:  1907. Many localities. Sometimes abundant.
