The Management Committee did put in a bid for lottery money but unfortunately it was not successful but they are still actively pursuing any grants and funds that may be available from various agencies. However in the past twelve months £3000 has been raised by Kilsby Residents through a variety of fundraising events.  As you will appreciate this is a very commendable effort by the Village. Particularly as they were also fundraising for other organisations at the same time. Some of this money has been used to put in a new ceiling and there are plans to renew the roof, replace the windows and line the walls and, in due course replace the heating systems and improve the surface of the carpark.

The Village Hall is available for hire by residents and non-residents, individuals or organisations.

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 120 people and has a fully functional kitchen complete with crockery and cutlery.

The Kilsby Room can accommodate up to 60 people and has a small functional kitchen.

Folding chairs, card tables, benches and trestles can also be hired for outside functions.

The Hall is used on a regular basis for Scout Meetings, dancing classes, bowls, bingo, whist, theatrical productions, table tennis, Wl meetings and a variety of committee meetings.

The Village Hall is also available for Wedding Receptions, Childrens' Parties, Funeral Lunches or Teas, Business Meetings and Exhibitions, Fashion Shows and many other functions.
