THE YOUTH CLUB

The Youth Club is a club held at night. We have a computer and we have lots of activities to do.
At the end we have a game of wrestling. It is held in the Village Hall and it starts at 7pm to 9pm.

Swimming

The nearest swimming pool is in Callander which is 15 miles away. We go with the school to learn to swim. The swimming pool is great fun and warm.

Computer course in Strathyre

Children and adults can go to the computer centre and learn about computers. Strathyre is 5 miles south of Lochearnhead.

We have many activities around us. Water ski-ing is one of our favourite sports. Nearly all of us go to that. Every summer term P4-P7 go canoeing on the loch. Our instructor is called Dave and it is very cold if you capsize. You can fish and sail on the loch.

This summer a cycle track was made from Callander to Killin. Many of us walk and cycle on it.
There are many hill walks in the area. Our school does a 3 mile sponsored walk in summer to raise money for the school.
A few of us go to play golf in Killin, which is 7 miles away.
