Welcome to Class 4.

We have 21 children in our class. We are Years Four, Five and Six and our teacher is Mrs. Crawford.  

Here is some of the work that we have been doing:

	In design and technology we have designed, made and evaluated  a variety of bins. This took place over a series of lessons. Here you see two of the class with their finished products.
	We have been studying the Victorians as part of our History work. Here we see some drawings that the class have made from some artefacts that they were able to examine.
	All of our class have been involved in e-mailing. We have been  part of the NGFL for a couple of years. We all enjoy using the latest hardware and software.
	These members of our class have had their work published in a poetry anthology called, "Up, Up and Away." Here you can see some of the successful writers.
	We have had great fun as part of a project with Bowes Museum. This is the finished piece of work, produced by David Arnold in wood. We made the original design with artist, Keith Alexander.

Each week a helper visits us from Durham University. She has helped us to establish a link with a school on the other side of the world in Nepal. Here you can see some photos and a letter from one of our pen-pals.
