GEOGRAPHY

In Geography we offer the opportunity to stimulate children's interest in their immediate surroundings and foster a sense of wonder about the world around them.

Learning through first hand experience about the local environment has a major emphasis when developing a range of skills such as observation, hypothesising and questioning. Other areas around the world are also studied. This is to gain a greater understanding of the variety of cultures in our world and their interaction with the environment and other people, eg India and Kenya.
