Some thoughts from Year 6 I think I've developed confidence because now my voice doesn't shake, and I speak clearly. Nerys Meardon I have improved in speaking clearly and when I had to shout I made sure that my voice was projected. Natasha Nethercott I think I have improved in the volume of my voice to make it clear to people so they can hear me. Alexander Pethick I have developed in using expression when talking and using accents in speech. Before the Millennium Quest I wouldn't have used any kinds of accents. Jessica Castle I have developed projecting my voice and speaking clearly and slowly. Also, in self confidence, going out into an audience and actually speaking lines. Ross Tiley In the Millennium Quest I learned to anticipate and work with others. I also leant all of my lines and how not to panic when things go wrong. Sarah Biggs The Millennium gave me confidence with my lines, I've improved my expression, timing and clarity, also just remembering overall and feeding off the other lines. I had help from my friends and my parents which helped. Nathaniel Smith I have improved with my confidence and remembering my lines. I would have never been able to do this last year because I was shy and nervous. Laura Rodden I have definately developed in my self confidence and I am proud of myself to have stood up in front of an audience. Lucy Kirkman It was my first play with a large amount of people watching, and I used to not like shouting in front of people and projecting my voice, but now I find it quite easy. Lucinda Stirton |
