SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

At Lydiard Millicent School we believe that each child should receive a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum which demonstrates progression and coherence.

Some children will need additional support in order to achieve their potential. With the very able child the class teacher will enrich the child's curriculum and cater for their needs within the classroom setting. For the child with learning, behavioural, emotional and/or physical problems we have identified procedures in line with the SEN Code of Practice to ensure that their needs are met through internal and external support.

If you would like to see a copy of the School's SEN Policy, please contact

Mrs Godfrey - the SEN Co-ordinator.
