SAT tests and tasks
The children in Year 2 have all but finished the tests and tasks which are statutory at the end of Key Stage 1.  The results have to be sent away to be processed, but you should be able to have them with your child's annual report towards the end of June.

So that you will understand what the results mean when you get them we shall be holding meetings in the school  on Thursday 20th June so that the teachers can explain just what the children have been doing and what they have had to achieve..

Reports
The teachers are busy compiling
reports of your children's year in school.  These will be sent out at the end of June and you are invited into school on the evening of 27th June to look at and celebrate the children's work.
The teachers will be available on that evening if you wish to discuss your child's report but there will not be an appointment system as we anticipate you will wish to spend more time browsing through the work.

Scooters
Scooters, like bikes should not be ridden in the school grounds. I have received a complaint that one or two children are not being asked to dismount once they get to the school gate and that their  'scooting' is putting others at risk.
