The Watchers were elected to the Resitutor High Council in January 1995, and became Speaker for the alliance six months later. During the Watchers' term as alliance head, the Restitutors liberated all remaining Moody Celt occupied cities, and ensured the freedom of those already liberated (see First Kernail Crusade), so that no citizen of Kharne could fall into the grasp of any evil alliance or group. More recently, the Watchers were instrumental in the fund-raising for and the construction of the Restitutor Alliance Headquarters.
In January 1997, the group was elected to the position of alliance Treasurer.
