The Wrath of Kharne (1300) was the first elected Speaker of the Restitutor High Council. This group was partly responsible for the resurgence and return to glory of the Restitutor alliance in recent years. The Wrath of Kharne and Watchers (1529) were instrumental in reopening diplomatic links with the Nameless Ones alliance, and for organizing the First Kernail Crusade, liberating the fair city from the grasp of the Evil Moody Celts alliance.

The Wrath of Kharne (1300) reverted to being a normal Council member in September 1995 when Watchers (1529) assumed the role of Speaker of the Restitutor High Council. In January 1997, the Wrath of Kharne were re-elected to the position of alliance Prelate, and will surely lead us to glory again.
